Our Cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our partners...

In case of cancellation of the deal with us, your money will refund to you according to our cancellation policy. Please read it carefully before confirming or cancelling the tour. Following give details of our repayment scheme in case you cancel your tour: 

1. Before 30 days of starting of tour: 50% of amount paid will be refunded. Afterwards 30% of amount will be refunded. 
2. 30-15 days before starting of tour: 25% of amount will be refunded.
3. 15 days before starting of the tour: 20% of the amount will be refunded. 
4. Day before or same day of tour commencement: No refund. 
5. Cancellation after the day of commencement of tour: You won’t get any refund if cancellation is done on or after the day of starting of tour. 
6. There will be no refund in case your taxi faces technical or mechanical issues during tour instead we will provide alternate. 
7. No refund in case sightseeing is restricted as a result of natural calamities such as landslides, earthquake, heavy rainfall or snowfall and any other possibilities which are beyond our control. 
8. Token money will not be refunded in any case. 
9. You’ll be refunded within 2 months from date of initiation of refund.
